Since the latest update it does not like to connect. Also why do I have to put location on, I am in the same room! Why do you want access to my contacts? Not a happy bunny and neither is my partner who also has these. Will give feedback to Audiology.

Left and right hearing aids disconnect from Bluetooth everyday multiple times usually one at a time. Plus no good volume control for phone calls.

I have a Samsung Galaxy that is less then 2 years old. App is constantly disconnecting from phone. I have to pair phone frequently with my aids. When making phone calls I disconnect and reconnect to use the phone with the aids.

Won't connect to my hearing aids or if it does only one works. If I go to an app on my phone the sound cuts out on my hearing aids. Reset only lasts a couple of hours. No good!

I own S20+ 5G and Oticon More1 hearing aids with the latest firmware. Many times during the day, the app shows a disconnected reading on one hearing aid and being unable to connect. The volume control and the settings are shown for the connected hearing aid. I cannot adjust the volume and settings for the disconnected hearing aid. The direct streaming happens with the display hearing aid in the app. I must restart the phone to force the app to reconnect both sides. I cannot spend all day restart

Same things others say - have used 1 day and right hearing aid disconnected. Went through all the steps which seemed to do little. Then I did get both connected BUT the app said that none were connected and yet I was listening to stereo music through both hearing aids. If this app were something other than a medical app, that would be bad but as it IS a medically oriented app, it borders on ridiculous. And they are now still connected via Bluetooth but the app refuses to recognize then - useless

Like many others, the streaming flat-out fails. I have a Pixel 6. I have gone to my audiologist and also emailed with customer service and no one has been able to correct the issue. Streaming might work occasionally but will stop in one ear or the other or both. Phone calls are impossible. Streaming music works for a few minutes then stops. I have other headphones and earbuds (Bose and Skullcandy) and they work fine. Oticon "is aware of the problem". Very disappointing.

Horrible App. Disconnects randomly, cuts out in middle of phone calls/music. Really tired of restarting the hearing aids and BT before I make a phone call.

Constantly disconnecting and impossible to reconnect. Turn off everything, turn it on again and still terrible. Paid so much for this and am better off without them. Tired of the on again off again connectivity.
